Double Cannonball!
Another excellent recommendation from a Cannonballer. I really enjoyed this book, although I spent most of the time either not understanding what was going on, or trying to figure out what the story was really about. But it’s definitely the kind of book that I would recommend going into without knowing much of the plot. I also would NOT recommend reading it on audiobook. Narfna told me to read this, so I did, and you should too. I blame the toddler for the fact that it took me three days to finish, because what I wanted to do was sit down and read straight through. So I read this book in almost exactly 24 hours. My book club picked The Unseen World, at my suggestion, and so of course I waited until the last minute to start it. Don’t know why I did that.
