I’m still reading the books that will be my first Cannonball 17 reviews, but remembered that I needed to post the bounty sent to me by none other than the generous and glorious Rochelle. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite make it here in time for Christmas, but since I won’t have time to read the books until sometime in early 2025, it didn’t matter all that much. With the current political climate, it’s unlikely that I will be visiting the US for the next four years […]
Holiday Book Exchange
Oooh, one last post I need to make before the year ends! Thanks you so much for you chosen book, KatSings! I missed voting for the Hugo awards the year. This went up, so I’m completely missed it. Now I have the opportunity to tackle it in the new year!
Book Mail from Malin!
Thank you so much to Malin for my lovely gifts! I’m looking forward to reading both of them. I’ve heard of The House In the Cerulean Sea but haven’t had a chance to read it myself. The library hold list for it its ridiculous. The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy wasn’t on my radar at all, and it looks like it’s going to be quite fun. I’m going to enjoy diving into both of those. Thank you again, Malin, and happy holidays!
A quad stack of amazing CBR Exchange gifts!
Thank you to my CBR Book Exchange giftee. Please let me know in the comments if these are from you! EDIT: Thank you ElCicco! <3 I love them all and miraculously don’t own any of them yet. My dog Oliver is very interested in reading these with me.
Thank you, CoffeeShopReader!
Thank you for the wonderful package of goodies! The second half of 2024 has required lighter reading, with romance and cozy vibes. I’m looking forward to continuing that trend with a YA sapphic romance that features mystical creatures. The journal is adorable and my puzzle loving 16 year old has already made off with the fidget puzzle. I look forward to trying the various warm drinks while reading. It also gave me the chance to use a personalized book embosser that I was just gifted:)
Holiday Book Exchange
Thank you Pooja for this amazing holiday gift. I can’t wait to read!!! I am not familiar with Goblin Market, so this will be a real treat. (And if I’ve already posted, sorry, I have a memory like a cheap Swiss Cheese!
