This book starts out in a way that is very Ella Enchanted. There is an introduction that you can hear being read in a faux british person’s voice describing how *obvious* you knew how after the revolution George Washington became king, and jumps in from there. As is tradition at our house, we open our Cannonball books on Christmas Eve. tiny_bookbot, LouBear was so excited to get the two Shannon Hale graphic novels! And the bookmark magnets are beautiful. HUGE thanks from me to ellesfena for American Royals, Exile from Eden, and the adorable book magnet. Love them and can’t wait to start reading.
