I love Hamilton. My kids love Hamilton but refuse to watch the duels as they are too scary (I’m pretty happy with that actually). A quick search suggests that this book has been reviewed for Cannonball at least eight times already, so it’s not like anything I say about the book is likely to be new or revolutionary (see what I did there). When I bought tickets to Hamilton last October, I immediately put myself on Hamilton hiatus. I wanted to go into the musical fresh and be able to experience it without the official recording going through my head or being distracted by things I’d read or watched.
