This year Ilona Andrews has graced us with two (2!) new Kate Daniels books. The two novellas have been gathered into a 2 audiobook collection. Hillary Huber does the bulk of the narration with Michael Glenn narrating Curran’s point of view chapters. 4.5 stars While this book is the start of a new chapter in the lives of Kate Daniels and her family, I suspect this book will work a lot better if you’ve read at least some of the previous thirteen books and various novellas.
