Low Tide Bikini was free and yet somehow overpriced. I genuinely respect people who complete writing a book, and in this case a series, but the accomplishments of writing a book and writing a good book are two very different things. Lyla Dune’s writing is clichéd and facile, the plot and characters sophomoric. A cliché-ridden gender-bender that skipped the only cliché that would have made it worthwhile.

I love GFY and I am a fan of William and Kate, so this book was right up my alley. It’s cute and romantic and fun, probably more fun than the Spoiled books because I can pretend to be an adult while reading it. You can read my full review here.
A bit of a cliched mess.
This book didn’t really work for me as a whole, but I needed a fluffy dum-dum book very badly, so I enjoyed it anyway. A Lady By Midnight is the third book in Dare’s Spindle Cove series, a place where odd and unwanted women of England flock to recover from their traumas or get away and let their freak flags fly.
