A Hippo Walks into a Zoo

Hippopotamister by John Patrick Green

May 3, 2022 by BlackRaven Leave a Comment

November 15, 2019 by BlackRaven Leave a Comment

Investigators is the first book in a new series by John Patrick Green; who as an author and as an illustrator is busy! He has (so far) The Kitten Construction Company series (currently two books), Hippopotamister (a solo tale) and now the Investigators (book two is planned for a year from now). There are a lot of puns, obvious jokes and toilet humor (literally as they travel the city by flushing themselves through toilets). There are multiple mysteries for this Get Smart meets The Man […]

October 3, 2019 by BlackRaven Leave a Comment

Awww kittens are soooo cute! They just snuggle up on the pages and just are…cute! They are fluffy and adorable and sweet and look so cute in their hardhats. Must post to social media. Never mind that these kittens in Kitten Construction Company: Meet the House Kittens by John Patrick Green are architects, plumbers, electricians and more. These kittens know how to build! They know how to light things up! They know how to plumb the plumbing! Never mind how cute they are… just take them […]
