The Dinner Party by Fredia McFadden

The Dinner Party by Fredia McFadden

The Dinner Party is a Pick Your Poison Adventure book. You are broke and about to be kicked out of your apartment by your roommate. You get a choice of taking on a waitressing gig that your friend calls you about at a remote home in the mountains or trying to figure out something else for money. Heck, you even get the chance to stand up to your roommate, feed a cat, and even pick up a hitchhiker. I can’t lie, this is probably one […]

It gave a different perspective as they were the protagonist. Usually male characters pop up as a side character and we may or may not get their point of view towards the end of the book or they are the antagonist of the book. I honestly didn’t know […]

The Perfect Son by Fredia McFadden

The Perfect Son by Fredia McFadden

September 8, 2025 by Classic 2 Comments

Very typical Freida McFadden. The only thing I can say is that McFadden didn’t have her usual, here’s two twists thing that she usually does. Some parts of the book dragged painfully by the way, but for the most part the book keeps moving as we figure out who abducted a young girl and whether the main character Erika’s son Liam was behind this like many in the town think. It’s not her best work, but not her worst. “The Perfect Son” follows Erika Cass […]
