Overall this is a delightful book. I read Melt Your Pencil: A Super Fun Activity Book! as an online reader, therefore, that made it hard/impossible to draw the lines for the mazes or connect the dots puzzles, and of course, coloring was out of the question, but some can/could be done visually.  This activity book has several positives to it. I found the hide-and-seek aspect a bit difficult in The Lost Cousins by B.B Cronin, therefore, this is more for the older child (5 to 8 or even older).
