Some Do’s & Don’ts if you want to help
Do’s:
- Donate online to the strike hardship fund.
- Sign the Strike Solidarity Open Letter.
- Talk about the HarperCollins Union. Share their graphics on social media, put information in your newsletters, and invite friends to do the same.
- Email peopleteam@harpercollins.com and brian.murray@harpercollins.com and tell them you support the union getting a contract as a reader and reviewer.
- Join/visit the picket line if you’re in NYC.
- Follow @hcpunion on social media.
Don’ts:
- Don’t boycott HC titles. It hurts authors and the union loves the authors they work with.
- Don’t post reviews of books from HarperCollins or HarperCollins imprints (see below)
