I recently read and reviewed book one of Drew Karpyshyn’s Darth Bane trilogy, Path of Destruction. The first mediocre book in what turns out to be a pretty awful series.

This was the first Star Wars expanded universe book I ever read, and as mediocre as it is, it’s primarily responsible for my obsession with Star Wars (and the EU) throughout my last two years of high school.
