Before I can tackle my TBR pile, I guess I should familiarize myself with the first book in the series

I first read this book…..seven years ago! Good lord. I’ve been a CBR reviewer for seven years now. That’s insane. Anyway. I re-read this book because David Wong Jason Pargin published the sequel (Zoe Punches the Future in the Dick) last year. I remembered liking the first book, but not remembering much of what happens. I can’t stress how much I loved this book. In many ways, it serves as a companion to Ready Player One. It follows Zoe Ashe from a life of poverty in a suburban trailer park through a terrifying hunt to an inheritance she didn’t know awaited her.
