Winter Wonderland bundle by HEA for Trans Kids

November 29, 2022 by Emmalita Leave a Comment

Yes! It’s book bundle time at HEAs for Trans Kids. This time I’m reviewing just a few of the books in the Winter Wonderland bundle. I want you to have an opportunity to donate your minimum of $25, through December 5, so you can get your own bundle. Hither, Page by Cat Sebastian – I have previously reviewed it here, and it is still excellent. The real scandal is that I haven’t reviewed The Missing Page yet. Part of me wants to say that the […]

I enjoyed this book so much that I am upset on behalf of the author that it isn’t more widely read. #CBRBINGO – Rec’d

Three Part Harmony (Plot Twist, #2) by Holley Trent

I never go in expecting too much from romances written by new to me authors, because I never know what I’m going to get, but I should have trusted Emmalita’s taste, because this book was really lovely. (Though it does bother me that the dude on the cover does not resemble either male love interest.) Our three characters are: Raleigh, a book publicist with trust issues; Everley, the daughter of Raleigh’s boss, who everyone sees as having it easy just because she’s the boss’s daughter; […]

They Each Had to Throw Themselves Overboard

Three Part Harmony (Plot Twist) by Holley Trent

July 9, 2019 by Emmalita Leave a Comment

I really enjoyed Three Part Harmony. Menage isn’t really my interest in romance. I have a hard enough time believing two people can make it work, anything beyond that strains credulity. Holley Trent really makes it work in this book. I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. The cover of this book is a lie. None of these characters are babies. They are each adults struggling with the stuff that adults struggle with – success, failure, motivation, and still trying […]
