Oh, man, I have so many thoughts. And I’m also not entirely sure what I think about some of what happened in this book. On the one hand, I LOVED IT. The case and Robin and Strike’s personal lives dovetailed beautifully. So much of this book was character shiz, which is my favorite kind of shiz. the Spellman Files

I can’t decide what I thought about The Spellman Files. Isabel definitely reminded me of Veronica Mars, which I loved, but there was just one too many story lines going on that the whole novel felt a bit ADD. “I liked finding dirt on people.
