The show iZombie is a lot of fun, and the comic is also fun, but different than the show that took its name. Volume one of the comic introduced us to the world of Gwen, the zombie protagonist who has to eat brains to survive. Like all professional, well-adjusted thirtysomethings, I spend much of my free time watching the CW television network. Gossip Girl, Arrow, Flash, Reign, Jane the Virgin. I mentioned in my review of the first volume of Grounded that I hadn’t read a Superman comic since at least 1997, so this series being my first in that span of time is in retrospect, a tragedy. This book is not good. It makes me question whether or not they even make Superman comics that are good.
