HomeI am probably the only person who would write a review about The Berenstain Bears Color by Sticker : Create 12 Pictures with Stickers, Plus Games, Activities, and More! book for this group. Mike Berenstain has created an activity book that includes stickers, word searches and more. I am not sure how the final book will look (how large, quality of the paper) or what the stickers are like, as I found (of all things) an online copy of it. However, the activities seem right up the alley for ages five and up.
The images are classic B. Bears, and it leans into its more Christian background (there is a sticker puzzle for the Preacher bear). If you do not like the Bear family, you can still use the word searches, as they are simple, basic words. Even the “find the differences” images and what is different games can be used, though they are characters from the books (and I am assuming the movies and tv shows). And each puzzle has its own hardness level. I think adults could even enjoy them as well.
It is planned for mid-July 2023, right in time for end of the summer trips and fun. It would work in the car or by the pool, or for a rainy day. I admit I am a word search fan, so I was really enjoying those, but I was thinking of ways to adapt the sticker pictures for extended fun by putting them on the paper in the book, cutting them out then making a puzzle out of it. You can adapt for multiple ages fun.
