I don’t know how I came across this book, but I really liked it. I listened to the audiobook, which was really fun. We first meet the narrator Ernest, but everyone calls him Ern or Ernie. This immediately endears him to me because I used to have a crazy, mostly deaf dog named Ernie. You can look back at reviews from years ago to see him!
