One of my favorite things about Chace Verity’s demons is that they are not a stand in for Dukes or billionaires. They do make their human’s life easier, but they do it by being good partners who share emotional burdens and work to contribute financially to the life they are building together. They can definitely do things that humans can’t do, but they also do things that a lot of humans won’t do – they accept and love their partner for who they are, as they are, unconditionally.
