I don’t normally read children’s books, but I saw a review for this one here, thought the cover art looked adorable, and so decided to purchase it for my young nephew. Naturally I had to read it before I gifted it. Being a children’s book, it was appropriately short, so this review will be too.
This book is adorable. The artwork is very cute. The story has a wonderful message, too: be who you are, because who you are is pretty neat. I don’t want to spoil the ending, but suffice it to say that it was heartwarming. Admittedly I haven’t read a lot of children’s books, but I would definitely recommend this one for any parent, aunt/uncle, or grandparent.
