Welcome to the Cannonball Read volunteer team! What’s your area of expertise going to be?
I am hoping to help out with the 15th anniversary activities this year. I am really excited about all the possible fun things we can do to celebrate 15 years. That being said, I will help out wherever it is needed.

Your bio says you’re an “author groupie.” Which authors in particular do you groupie for?
You say you love time travel books. Which one’s your favorite?
I do love time travel books. My new favorite is To Say Nothing of the Dog. An oldie, which I had somehow missed reading when it first came out. Last year I also enjoyed This Time Tomorrow and Sea of Tranquility.
How do you decide what to read next on your TBR pile?
I belong to about 10 book groups, so my next read is usually driven by what I need to read for my next group discussion. However, I also like to read the newest releases when one of my favorite authors has something out (somebody like Anthony Horowitz, or Fiona Davis).
Do you have any New Years resolutions you’d like to share with the group, or hopes and goals for 2023?
My only resolution that I make each year is to read 100 books. I have done that for close to a dozen years now. I don’t review that many (I do like to read more than I like to write). This year I plan on doing 15 reviews for cannonball for the 15th anniversary (I usually do a quarter cannonball).
