For all the events that finally transpire in this, book ten of the Nightside series, it all ends up coming off rather castaway and anti-climatic. It actually introduces a few elements from the Shadows Fall book, but only in brief passing and again, just sort of casually. Where it ends is right where book eleven begins, and hopefully with a bigger splash considering HOW it ends.
